Once arriving to the docks of Liberty City, Niko Bellic is greeted by his cousin Roman Bellic. After the brief introductory scene, you are asked to hop into Roman's car and drive to his apartment. Simply follow the directions given by the GPS on the radar. Once you arrive at Roman's apartment another cut-scene will appear and the first missions will be done.
