Drive to B-Dup's crib

Ryder let's CJ know that B-Dup's crib is just a few blocks away. There is a Greenwood parked on the street. Hop into it and wait untill Ryder enters the car as well before taking off. Follow the yellow blip on the mini map to B-Dup's place at the end of Grove Street. Once you arrive a small cinematic takes you inside B-Dup's appartment. B-Dup and Big Bear aren't the type of friends CJ and Ryder remembered them as, and they turned down the job offer. This leaves the job to be done by you.

Beat up the dealer

Return to your car and drive to the red blip around the block to the north. There you will find a crack dealer making a sale to a homey. Approach the dealer and beat him up, the homie should take running off. Once he is dead a small cut-scene appears and Ryder recognizes the dealer as an ex-member of the Front Yard Ballas. He also knows where he lives so CJ and Ryder decide to pay them a visit. Before you leave grab the Baseball Bat and money dropped by the dealer.

Drive to the Dealer's Crib

Drive to the yellow blip on the map. The dealer's crib is a block away to the west in Idlewood. Drive to the red marker and walk through the door with the yellow arrow. Once inside bear up the dealer (the one who carries a Baseball Bat). After that, beat up the other gang members in the crib. Once finished, get back to your car and return to Grove Street and into the red marker in front of Sweet's crib.
