Russian-born money lender, bully, top international business man and patron of the bar Comrades. Vlad considers himself to be a charming, debonair man of the world. Vlad is not big on self-knowledge. Vlad runs the Hove beach area of Broker. He is feared as a powerful mobster, but in reality his criminal activity in the area is just minor and it is just his attempt at trying to gain some respect among the bigger players in the city.
